Tuesday & Thursday we’ll be doing deadlifts, one heavy day, one light day
And I like finishing out the week with my version of Brett Jones’ Strength Aerobics. It’s an easy way to wind down the week and easily adjustable for how you feel each week.
Monday
KB Double Front Squat 5x2 (H)
KB Snatch 2x(5+5) (L)
KB Double Clean 2x5 (L)
KB Press 5x(5+5) (M)
Tuesday
(Barbell) Deadlift
About 10 reps below 70% and then sets of singles up to something heavy.
Wednesday
KB Double Clean 5x2 (H)
KB Press 2x(5+5) (L)
KB Double Front Squat 2x5 (L)
KB Snatch 5x(5+5) (M)
Thursday
(Barbell) Deadlift & (Kettlebell) Presses
Alternate sets of 5 easy-ish deadlifts and heavy singles of kettlebell press.
5-8 total rounds.
Friday
Strength Aerobics-ish:
Kettlebell Clean, Press, Front Squat each arm
Park the bell shake it out
optional Pull-ups, 1-3 reps
Repeat for 20-30 minutes
