I think we're far enough into spring that I can count on no snow on the ground. That means TGUs! Also, it should be warm enough that we don't need to get done with a 20 minute workout and go inside to warm up, so I'll program a few (optional) longer days of A+A work.
My plan for this cycle is to just list 4-5 different workouts and you can fit them in on the day that works for you.
This week:
Timeless S&S: 10 rounds of 10 1-arm swings followed by 10 TGUs at your own pace
A+A Snatch: Pick the heaviest bell you can safely snatch for 3-5 reps. Set a clock and do 3-5 snatches every minute alternate arms each minute. I'll be doing this on Tuesday and Thursday between kid drop-off and pick-up, so that means 4:45-6:00, yes that's right 1 hour and 15 minutes! If you work with me, you can leave early, or stay and have some shared suffering.
ABC: Do 12-15 rounds of the ABC, try to be on the 2 minute interval.
Swing & Push: Q&D style swings and push-ups: 4x4x5/0:30
