Summer Plan - Attempt #1
I’ve been putting off doing a summer plan because June just won’t get hot yet. Here’s my first try of a plan that we can do through June and July.
Monday, Wednesday - some type of ROP-style clean & press + pull up
Tuesday - snatch and push up. More volume, less Q&D style
Thursday - high volume beach muscle day
Friday - boring strength aerobics-style work like we always do.
Rough outline:
Monday - 5x(1-2-3) double C&P plus a pull up
Tuesday - OTM 20x5 snatch left, 5 snatch right, 5 push ups
Wednesday - 3x(1-2-3-4-5) double C&P plus a pull up
Thursday - 0:20 on / 0:40 off circuit of my choice
Friday - 20 minutes of double clean, squat, press, pull up at your own pace
